What do you like best about UKG Pro? The application is very intuitive, which makes it easy to train new users. I like how, as an administrator, I can scroll through employees. Customer service has been rough - lack of response, cases closed before actual resolution. What do you like best about UKG Pro? Ultipro is cloud based and the process for payroll is very clean if set up is done correctly. Their rapid response team is amazing when you are in a crunch.
