What do you like best about UKG Pro? Having a single system that can handle front to back life cycle of the employee from application, onboarding, core, payroll, performance, etc. Also, Generally their customer support is good. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? I think that Ultimate Software is over stretched with their products. They seem to be chasing and creating the next best HCM "Thing" (i.e. Xander, Perception, etc.), however this is being done at the expense of other core products. ...

What do you like best about UKG Pro? It has a great core system with plenty of customization capabilities while maintaining care data integrity. Very strong reporting tools and notification/automations, vast learning center and training. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Some changes/updates that are necessary take too long to be released. What do you like best about UKG Pro? Very customizable. I like that we can make it work fro all areas of our business. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? The cost to customize. Many times the process to integrate with outside vendors is a painful, lengthy, and costly process. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? Paperless, workflows, streamlining processes

What do you like best about UKG Pro? Data availability through Business Intelligence. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Performance Review doesn't allow wage adjustment. To review an employee and give them a raise you must do a review, then submit a wage change. Too many steps. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? Salary and compensation. Transparency.

What do you like best about UKG Pro? I like that so many things can be automated and that there are various roles that we can give to people. I also like the reporting feature. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? The things I dislike are mostly the same things I like. There are so many features that it is nearly impossible to get a good understanding of all of them and while the reporting feature is great, it is difficult to learn all the necessary functions. There's quite a few items on the ATS that seem like basic functionality that I'd seen before in prior releases that aren't here. Benefits Open Enrollment within UltiPro has eliminated the need for paper enrollment forms.
