What do you like best about UKG Pro? I like UltiPro because it is very easy to use compared to their competitors. I like all the training modules they have, if your need a refresher on a subject or learning a new feature. . What do you dislike about UKG Pro? I dislike that the different modules of UltiPro aren't connected to each other (Payment Services, Tax etc.). What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? SUI set up for the State of MN for the Deferred Comp set up.

"Complete HRIS/Payroll System"

What do you like best about UKG Pro? The functionality - we use it for payroll/time management, open enrollment, life events, performance management and recruiting. We are just scratching the surface of it's capability and still have yet to turn on many of the features. We plan to implement onboarding next year. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? What do you like best about UKG Pro? Core and payroll implementation team was amazing. Customer support process is easy to follow and response time is excellent. Great training resources. Performance Management was easy to set up and implement. Sales Account Manager still checks in with us to ensure things are going well. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? What do you like best about UKG Pro? I love that everything is in one place, recruiting, time, onboading and payroll are all integrated! What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Sometimes support for all the different parts of the system don't talk to each out. You have to open a case with Core and UTM to get some issues resolved. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? One system of record.

What do you like best about UKG Pro? I like the configuration options that help us keep track of what is important to our upper management, shareholders, and employees. I like the people I deal with when opening cases, such as our account manager, Yolanda, and her team. What do you dislike about UKG Pro?
