What do you like best about UKG Pro? I like the convenience of having everything in one system; application, onboarding, benefits, time management, and payroll. There are so many features that can at times be overwhelming but it just takes time to master it all. Creating cases is easy to do and customer support is very quick to follow up. What do you like best about UKG Pro? Employees have self service abilities in the system, and I also like the BI reporting capabilities. The fact that it is a cloud based system allows for regular upgrades and we are able to access the system anywhere. What do you dislike about UKG Pro?
