What do you like best about UKG Pro? Amazing human capital tool which focuses on keeping all HR functions located in one system. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Extremely expensive and no discount provide for small companies. In our case, UltiPro would not be a teammate unless we agreed to signing on for a minimum of 200 employee. What do you like best about UKG Pro? The ability to adapt. The employees and managers have so much to learn about their access and ability within the system. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? What do you like best about UKG Pro? Helpful navigation and "How to" tools on the right hand side of the screens. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Creating a report could be easier. It would be nice to have it easier to find fields to be included in a report. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? The biggest benefit has come with the app. Many of our employees do not work at a computer and it has been very useful to have them check their paystub more regularly.
