What do you like best about UKG Pro? We use all modules UltiPro has to offer so we get full integration from time to payroll to benefits and so much more. UltiPro offers a seamless transition from one to the next so that information is shared across all platforms. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? What do you like best about UKG Pro? UltiPro can be used by any user within a business organization. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? "Best solution for our business... we know the system because we built the system!"
What do you like best about UKG Pro? We went live in 2016. As my "title" mentions - one of the key advantages is that we built the system... tables, codes, and all! But as a result, we know our own system and can make changes and adapt to our growing business needs very easily. What do you like best about UKG Pro? I love how user friendly the system is for everyone. It does not matter if you are an employee or administrator. It is set up well. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Some of the platforms do not communicate as well as they should. Also, we have international employees (expats) that often do not have their ITIN at time of hire. What do you like best about UKG Pro? The payroll processing is simple, the CORE HR management is useful. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? the employee interface/experience could be improved. onboarding could be improved. it's hard to implement the workflow/approval processes What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about UKG Pro? Everything! Favorites are: 1. Reports are amazing. 2. platform design is sleek and ultra user/friendly. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Customer service can get a little back logged. Recommendations to others considering UKG Pro: No other product compares.
