What do you like best about UKG Pro? Amazing human capital tool which focuses on keeping all HR functions located in one system. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Extremely expensive and no discount provide for small companies. In our case, UltiPro would not be a teammate unless we agreed to signing on for a minimum of 200 employee. What do you like best about UKG Pro? Everything! Favorites are: 1. Reports are amazing. 2. platform design is sleek and ultra user/friendly. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Customer service can get a little back logged. Recommendations to others considering UKG Pro: No other product compares. We reviewed 6 different systems before selecting Ultipro and we couldn't be more pleased! What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? Access to analytics and necessary reports.

"Ultipro - A Fantastic All In One Product"

What do you like best about UKG Pro? The payroll module is very robust and is able to be configured to all our unique needs. HR Core is great too, as employee records contains everything from personal to tax to career & education to career development information. Cognos is an amazing reporting tool. What do you like best about UKG Pro? The ease of configuration and customization of the product are the features that have worked for us the best. Being able to simplify our processes by using the Ultipro product has been a big plus for us. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? What do you like best about UKG Pro? I like how easy it is to use and navigate, the configuration and ease of making changes is super easy. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? As a compensation professional by trade, this module is not in use due to some serious deficiencies (proration of bonus does not align to budget), mgmt. approval hierarchy, etc. Because we cannot use this module, we have to import our merit, promo, adj which subsequently caused us issues with retro pay.
