"LOVING THE SAAS MODEL"
What do you like best about UKG Pro? Love the ease of use and availability of the SAAS model. Training is also like nothing I've seen with any vendor over the years. Ultipro is a world class solution. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? I wish UTA was part of Ultipro. The separate BI solution and the integration are a hassle at times. What do you like best about UKG Pro? Ultimate Software systems are reliable with all payroll tax rules and regulation. I rely on the Payment Services team to make sure my taxes are filed since we place nurses in 50 different state on short term assignments. There are multiple challenges with employees moving from state to state throughout the year to make sure we are withholding and reporting correctly. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? What do you like best about UKG Pro? The ease of use and maintenance is the best I've worked with. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? The updated Customer Success Portal, it is very clunky to search for answers/topics. I have not used the community forums since the update What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? Everyone having access to the system (every employee). Everything in one place.
