What do you like best about UKG Pro? Rapid Response Line and Performance Management module. The representatives that answer the rapid response line are eager to help. Sometimes there may be issues that they don't know how to resolve, however they go the extra mile to get an answer. A rep. will send a webex where they actually show me how to resolve an issue. What do you like best about UKG Pro? Processing payroll is very straight forward within Ulti. The steps are very clear and easy to follow. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? When needing to reach out to anyone other than Rapid Response, having to submit a case regardless of how quick an answer may be needed or if it is a minor but important question. What do you like best about UKG Pro? UltiPro is a highly configurable and powerful HCM system which allows us to manage our payroll and HR tasks effectively. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Not all modules are as robust as the core HR/Payroll module. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? Moving from heavily paper based everything to electronic solutions. What do you like best about UKG Pro? Ultimate Software systems are reliable with all payroll tax rules and regulation. I rely on the Payment Services team to make sure my taxes are filed since we place nurses in 50 different state on short term assignments.
