THE TIMESHEET PORTAL IS VERY POORLY LAID OUT AND ALOT OF EMPLOYEES ARE OLDER AND STRUGGLE WITH USING IT What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about UKG Pro? It has the ability to SSO into the platform, however, the 2FA leads a lot to be desired (ie. SMS does not work, at least not here in Australia. Maybe for US-based clients, this could be a great system, however, it is not APAC friendly at all. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? "Easy TO Navigate"

What do you like best about UKG Pro? What I like most about this product is when I log in to use it I can easily find or navigate to the particular subject that I am looking for. Also, it is very simple to submit for time off. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Nothing it is a very good app to me. I wish it offers users free stock options. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? UKG Pro does not have any problems, that I can see, that they need to resolve at this moment.

What do you like best about UKG Pro? I like how user-friendly UKG is. As someone who has trained other people on the platform, I think it is very easy for beginners to pick up. I have not used other platforms but I don't feel the need to explore other options because it is easy to use. What do you dislike about UKG Pro?
