What do you like best about UKG Pro? Clean clear options and plenty of options- very functional and easy to use to enroll in benefits easily. Benefits that are not available are not even shown or have conditional options so that not all employees all see everything/all options which is very helpful. Ultimate Software is innovative and always improving their platforms. They also do a great job at keeping up with compliance laws. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? What do you like best about UKG Pro? the fact that I can print my Live check in house from a PDF file What do you dislike about UKG Pro? No being able to see Deduction transaction history. When was the last change, what did the amount change from and what period of time did the last change cover. I am used to seeing this history in other payroll software. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? We are using the recruiting module and this is working well for us.

I know they are working on correcting this, but it still needs help. Recommendations to others considering UKG Pro: Don't knock it until you try it. All implementations have their hiccups.
