What do you like best about UKG Pro? UltiPro has a clean, bright user interface and guides candidates step by step through the onboarding process. What do you like best about UKG Pro? It is easy to clock in and out for work each day as well as request time off. I like that they send you reminders to approve your time card each week, otherwise I would forget. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? I do not use other areas of UltiPro as much as the Time and Attendance portion of the site. Some seem unnecessary, but at the same time, I think if my company encouraged us to utilize those areas, it'd be a great program for us. Recommendations ...

What do you like best about UKG Pro? I love that I was able to access my pay history, employee benefits, my personal data all in one site. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Gaining remote access from home was sometimes a challenge. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? Being an employee for a large insurance company I feel that UltiPro has helped reduced unnecessary phone calls to HR department.

What do you like best about UKG Pro? Oh, there are so many things. I think most importantly, it's the reporting functions. Not only do I have hundreds of standard reports already created that I can modify, but I have the capability to create my own reports to meet specific needs within our company. I'm in report heaven! UltiPro utilizes our ideas and includes them by votes in each release (system update) to improve system functionality and ultimately makes our jobs easier.
