What do you like best about UKG Pro? Ease of use. Everything was right at your fingertips. You could research any number of details about an employee and have results in the blink of an eye. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Accessing reports. Unfortunately due to browser restrictions report creation did not seem to go hand in hand with my preferred browser google chrome. What do you like best about UKG Pro? I love the reporting capabilities. Basically if there is a field, it can be pulled into a report. And with the system being configurable, you can create fields to assist with reporting. Having all of our employee data in one system is a huge time saver. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Some of the new features (like onboarding) don't really sync with Core. New hires fill in the data or forms, but the data on the forms doesn't carry to their employee ...

What do you like best about UKG Pro? I love using Ultipro because it is web-based and has manymodules that bring employee profile together in one place. I can make vacation request, do timesheet, retrieve payslips, tax documents and even do monthly/quarterly /annual reviews. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? I think mobile platform is still developing and it is missing many features. May be it is because of security, i cannot access everything unless i am connected to company ...

What do you like best about UKG Pro? 1. Very easy to use. it takes very short time to get train on the software. 2. I like the layout 3. Very simple reporting. I can run all my reports without any issues. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? 1. The security features. Our employees have to change the password every 3 months and update their security questions. I wish it was more simple. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? Nothing yet.
