What do you like best about UKG Pro? we are in the infancy stage of Ultipro...for time management portal i think it is easy to enter time and submit . What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Have not used it long enough to pick a dislike we will be uploading new modules soon. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? Time Management, Applicant Tracking, HR functions.

"Very Easy to use and navigate"

What do you like best about UKG Pro? This software is very easy to use and navigate to find previous pay periods information. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? There is nothing that I am not fond of with this. I am able to do everything I need to be able to do right on the homescreen. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? "Great multifunctional HR tool"

What do you like best about UKG Pro? Everything is contained in a single interface. Can be connected to your companies AD for single sign-on. Manages many aspects of the business (payroll, time, PTO, reviews, etc.). What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Sometimes it can be a bit confusing where to go to do certain tasks as an end user. What do you like best about UKG Pro? I currently use ultra pro with my current employer to view paystubs, complete annual enrollments and submit any changes related to payroll. I've also used ultra pro with a past employer for clocking in and out during work hours. I really enjoy the ease of using this software and like that I am able to access the website outside of work. What do you like best about UKG Pro? I like how you can use ultipro to manage all areas of your career and company info. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? I dislike how some of the features don't work like they should. For example, the uploading documents doesn't allow for sharing options.
