Ultipro is highly intuitive and the user experience customizing the app is simple a helpful, it is full of features and functionality, ultimo has a great look and feel the application has been wisely designed and you can follow complex steps without even noticed and achieved a general goal thru all the company, Ultipro is simple and easy to use and full of great and useful features. What do you like best about UKG Pro? Very easy interface to use. Quick buttons to access most important information. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Cant view pay statements until the payment has been released. Recommendations to others considering UKG Pro: Definitely keep track of your user name and password because it can be difficult to do a reset. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? Ease for cross department communication and year end reviews.

"Good Software but no Mobile Web Interface"

What do you like best about UKG Pro? I love how easy this software is to use, however there is no way to log on via mobile unless you download the app. It just tells the user the password is incorrect and when requesting new password, email is never received. What do you like best about UKG Pro? I love how easy Ultipro is to monitor your paychecks and the paychecks of my employees. I’m able to quickly look up and understand how much my employees or myself are being paid and if there are any errors. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Ultipro made it very easy to log my hours for job, including when I had to take into account personal days, holidays, sick days, etc. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? If your organization doesn't put the time into Ultipro upfront, the layout can look sloppy. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?
