"Easy and user friendly "
What do you like best about UKG Pro? Ultipro is very easy to use. It is logical so little to no training is needed. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? I haven't found anything that I have not liked. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? Training, administrators, human resources

What do you like best about UKG Pro? I like report writing feature and Customer Support. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Not much to dislike, Ultipro is an excellent payroll processing system Recommendations to others considering UKG Pro: very user friendly system What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about UKG Pro? Ultipro is incredibly user friendly and efficient. It has made our HR lives a lot easier and has allowed us to go paperless. Their recruiting and onboarding tool has made it easier for us to hire candidates and has significantly streamlined our process from paper to electronic. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? "UltiPro - Easy to Use for Admins and Employees"
What do you like best about UKG Pro? I really like that Ultimate Software continues to improve its product. They really listen to customer suggestions and then make the upgrade to the software. For example, a feature to verify accurate address data was very helpful for our organization. The feature automatically populates the county and local tax jurisdictions. What do you like best about UKG Pro? Ultimate Software's support team are the absolute best I have ever worked with. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Sometimes it's frustrating to wait on a problem to be addressed. However, most issues are taken care of quickly. What do you like best about UKG Pro? UltiPro Core HR and Payroll is so easy to use. The functionality is great and our managers have loved the manager self-service. Employees also use employee self-service and they now have control to update their own personal information like home address, emergency contact, direct deposit account and update their own tax withholdings. "Good Overall system. "
What do you like best about UKG Pro? User friendly system . Easy to learn. Used limited modules of it. Would love to use it again. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Query Studio was not very user friendly. They used old version of cognos when I used it. I am not sure if they upgraded that now. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? PTO balances in Time keeping system did not sync automatically to payroll side. PTO balances were often incorrect.

What do you like best about UKG Pro? easy to change marital status and other details without going through HR What do you dislike about UKG Pro? I can't see how many hours I'll have at a certain point in time when trying to estimate (or request) future vacation. Goal creation and tracking/management is also very confusing. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? Able to request vacation and sick time, view paystubs and tax info, and submit annual goals.

What do you like best about UKG Pro? I like that I can easily access my salary information. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? For some reason, I always tend to get locked out of my account. This does not happen to me with any other software. It is difficult to reset your password without contacting your administrator. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? I am able to check my benefits and salary information without reaching out to my HR department.
