What do you like best about UKG Pro? The user interface is very intuitive and i enjoy that they are constantly adding new features. There are many modules to choose from so it's likely that you can use UltiPro for all your needs instead of having to utilize multiple vendors. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? "Adequate for basic functions. Clunky interface, not a 'Wow' experience"

What do you like best about UKG Pro? Basic functionality is sufficient--you can access HR documents, and when you get used to navigating the clunky interface it does surface benefit information. Works okay for the most basic functions (i.e. submit time-off request, view employee handbook, view most recent pay stub). "Ultimate Software"

What do you like best about UKG Pro? I like how UltiPro has taken many of our concerns and worries away. We still run our payroll ourselves but UltiPro takes care of funding the payrolls and paying the taxes associated with a payroll.
