Many features are not very user friendly. ESP the goals section - it’s difficult to navigate and not clear at a glance. I don’t enjoy having to read instructions for every program feature. What do you like best about UKG Pro? For someone who likes analytics, this platform is a dream come true. With sufficient training, UltiPro offers everything for users and time card managers alike.
