What do you like best about UKG Pro? UltiPro has many functionalities and has a clean design that helps ease of navigation. It's multiple modules are quite well integrated, and they are constantly creating updates that increases ease of use. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? There are many tweaks that have to continue to be made to UltiPro. Many functions flow in one specific way, and cannot be done in an easier fashion yet (For example - cannot mass upload completed training) What ...

What do you like best about UKG Pro? I love the user interface. It is easy to navigate and use with little to no training. (Who really watches them?) What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Nothing. It works very well. Team management is simple to understand. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? Managing payroll and time clocks for managers and employees.

What do you like best about UKG Pro? The ease of viewing your clock in and out times. I also enjoy the ease of use, and that I can get all of my pay information on one page. I also like the way we can save our favorites, since there are only a handful of features that I use a lot and do not need to have to weed through all the other features to access them. What do you like best about UKG Pro? I enjoy having all company procedures and policies located in one setting. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? The mobile application does not have all the features as the desktop version. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? Employees have access to company policies at home and can access monthly checks outside of the work environment.
