"UKG Pro is like a One Stop Shop"
What do you like best about UKG Pro? I have so far been okay with UKG Pro as it is like a "one stop shop" for me. I can access various information that I use for work in one location. No need for different login credentials. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? The way the time off is currently being entered, everything is expressed in hours, so one has to be very careful about what they enter. What do you like best about UKG Pro? The configurations that can be made in UKG Pro are limitless. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? While the configurations are many, they can be challenging to navigate and is not as user-friendly as other systems. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? The ability to run standard reports without too many restrictions on an employee's security role.

What do you like best about UKG Pro? We chose UKG Pro because of the UKG people we met with throughout the selection period. The salespeople and their teams were so informative, honest, caring, responsive. They demonstrated a genuine desire to be our HRIS partner for life (not just during the sales cycle). The customer support is helpful, and they have plenty of resources for personal leanring. What do you dislike about UKG Pro?
