What do you like best about UKG Pro? We chose UKG Pro because of the UKG people we met with throughout the selection period. The salespeople and their teams were so informative, honest, caring, responsive. They demonstrated a genuine desire to be our HRIS partner for life (not just during the sales cycle). What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Implementation is tough no matter what system you choose. We worked with a third party to facilitate our implementation and that has been challenging. ...
