"Good system!"

What do you like best about UKG Pro? It has the ability to help us have almost everything in one place. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? The system is very robust. I believe this is due to the version we are currently using. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? Easy to look up information for employees and manage their information.

"Ultipro Is Easy to Use"

What do you like best about UKG Pro? I really like how easy it is to access my benefits, pay stubs, time off, and personal information through the portal. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Submitting PTO requests for time less than 1 day (say you take a half day) can be tricky but once I figured it out I was able to do it easily. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? It is a great tool for interacting with my manager and planning for taking time off.

"Decent platform, straightforward"

What do you like best about UKG Pro? It's easy to use and displays pay statements in a simple format What do you dislike about UKG Pro? It's not very interactive. It is not very about helping users interact with specific aspects of their pay What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? It gets the paystubs out quickly and efficiently and does both direct deposit and paper checks

What do you like best about UKG Pro? There is a lot of content in UltiPro, and taking time off isn't always the most comprehensive or simple thing to do. With UltiPro, the calendar feature makes it very obvious which days have been taken, how much you have left, and an explanation for each. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? It would be great if the Benefits documents could be located in UltiPro so we can easily access them, versus having to go back through my email chain with the People ...

What do you like best about UKG Pro? I am able to access my time card, vacation time, and even change my tax information all in one site. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? not able to change direct deposit options What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? Keep more accurate time cards

What do you like best about UKG Pro? My company is able to use the platform for goal planning, time management, PTO requests, payroll, uploading all HR docs, and more! I appreciate that I have everything in one place. It's very easy to use and I like that you can customize "favorites" within the system for quick access. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? "Ulti-Pro Achieving the Basics"

What do you like best about UKG Pro? It is used for our timekeeping and time management system. I like that the system uses military time so you're sure to input the hours correctly. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? The weird formatting of how to get into the time & attendance section of the program that is most often used. What do you like best about UKG Pro? Its easy to use, and I like how much information I can access from ultipro without having to log into other places as well. Like my 401k or to update information such as address or medical information. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? I don't like that, with the app version, I can't access my schedule or time card, though that may be due to the company I work for blocking that from the mobile version. "User friendly and able to be adapted to fit your company's needs"

What do you like best about UKG Pro? We transitioned from another system that was not user-friendly. With Ultipro, we can change our own passwords, format the different tab, screens and views to fit our company's needs and easily manage our time and money! What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Sometimes it gets a little glitchy and doesn't delete my "sick time" or "PTO" if I change it later, but I just work with our HR administrator to delete it on the back end.
