What do you like best about UKG Pro? Relatively easy to use. Mobile application is available. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Some functions are a little tricky to use. It is easy and efficient to submit payroll, request time off, track accrued time, manage human resource forms, etc. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? The mobile version is hard to maneuver. What do you like best about UKG Pro? Onboarding - we were able to go almost 100% paperless and enter new hires before their start dates. Open Enrollment - effective dating works well and benefit changes flow through the system accurately Mobile - Great way for employees and administrators to access data and approve requests. Great customer service - I love using their chat feature so I can chat with a live agent instead of having to speak over the phone. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? What do you like best about UKG Pro? I love how you can find everything you need in this one program. For example, my W2, paycheck stubs and employment forms are all electronically stored on UltiPro.
