What do you like best about UKG Pro? Several things - Reporting, Configuability, Benefits, Easy, Employee experience, culture, service. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Would love to be able to configure in more areas. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? Paper system, streamlined reporting, automated reporting, tracking of Company specific stuff in a way that is reportable.

I love how easy it is to navigate and how I can manage everything all on my own and see all of my recent pay stubs, clock in/out times, vacation days, and extra useful information about my company. What do you like best about UKG Pro? Payroll System and time cards work extremely well and has a lot of great information and tools at your disposal. Recently used the recruiting system. There are literally thousands to choose from, you can create your own, and there's even a site where other companies share the instructions for how they made a particular report.
