What do you like best about UKG Pro? What I love best about UltiPro is how easy the software is to use. With there being an online and an app version, its practically effortless to navigate through UltiPro and find what you need. What do you like best about UKG Pro? The shortened process with hiring on a candidate. They recently updated from "recruitment" to "recruiting" and it's been so time saving. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? That you cannot go back and change anything about the candidate (email, phone, etc.) after they have been sent to "onboarding". "Easy and Convenient to Use"
What do you like best about UKG Pro? I like the mobile app allows users to request time off and have the request sent directly to their supervisor. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? I do not like that it is not possible to modify a time off request after it has been submitted. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? Payroll tracking, vacation time tracking

What do you like best about UKG Pro? I like that I can punch in/out on my phone, I can view my pay stub the day before, I can view internal opportunities as well. I like that everything is in one place. Very easy to use. It's all "at a glance." Oh, and you have the option of using the mobile site or the desktop site from your phone.
