"Easy to use, simple design"

What do you like best about UKG Pro? It was not overly complicated and it had a simple attractive design that made it quick and easy to use. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? It was a little old-fashioned looking. Wish there were more graphics. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? It made clocking in and out and time management easier.

"Overall- Very efficient."

What do you like best about UKG Pro? What I like best it the ability to navigate this system. Everything is separated and titled very well. It is generally very time efficient to find personal information, manuals, etc. Additionally, the time tracking part of Ultipro is very easy to use. I never have any issues with entering time. What do you like best about UKG Pro? We recently switched to Ultipro for our payroll and time management. In terms of keeping track of payroll information and PTO management Ultipro does a great job. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? While functionality wise UltiPro does the job and I must say it does it well, the web interface needs a lift! What do you like best about UKG Pro? I like that UltiPro is useful for payroll and HR work it makes the users job much simpler to either do timesheets or change direct deposit information. "Great experience with UtilPro"

What do you like best about UKG Pro? One thing that I like best about UltiPro is that it is very easy to use! I have had to train others on how to use it and even without much technology experience- I have been able to show others how to use it! I also like that I can keep all of my paystubs in one place. What do you like best about UKG Pro? It helps me keep track of my payroll records, such as timesheet and pay statement. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? I do not have any dislike from this software. Recommendations to others considering UKG Pro: It is easy to look up personal employment record, timesheet, pay history, W2, and benefits. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? It is easy to navigate my payroll history.

"UltiPro works well for it's purpose, but like most HR software, isn't very user friendly."

What do you like best about UKG Pro? UltiPro has a very simple app interface that translates well to its online form. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? The UltiPro app tends to be glitchy in the time clock interface. What do you like best about UKG Pro? This app has made our hr tracker (from a mgmt perspective) incredibly useful, we’ve organized years worth of data! What do you dislike about UKG Pro? At this point no snags, it’s pretty great to use with build out capability we never imagined possible. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? All data as it relates to pay, time off, accrued benefits and more have been sorted marvelously with Ulti-Pro.
