What do you like best about UKG Pro? Ease of use. A new associate can get a handle on it within a day What do you dislike about UKG Pro? The reporting tools and function automation need improvement. Customer service and support hasnt been the best Recommendations to others considering UKG Pro: Reporting is bad. Great for small companies. "Payroll to the extreme "
What do you like best about UKG Pro? I like that there’s so many features as opposed to ADP payroll. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? to learn the system at first is a little difficult. As an admin you have to know your way through the system or you can mess something up with the click of a button. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? Time tracking, management, W2 & W4, model pay, RTO APPROVALS

"I depend on UltiPro"
What do you like best about UKG Pro? UltiPro is very useful in our workplace. We depend on this program to show us our time off accrual and our check stubs before our pay day. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? I dislike that the paycheck stubs posts late in the day. I would prefer it posted in the morning. Recommendations to others considering UKG Pro: N/A... What do you like best about UKG Pro? The time entry is very easy to do and you get notifications if one of your employees doesn’t punch out. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? I wish you got notifications as soon as they forgot to punch out though. Not the next day. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? Time clocks, time off, automated W2 and W4

What do you like best about UKG Pro? It gives you details about the company organization and paychecks and you can keep track of PTO. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Um, I wouldn't say dislike but maybe an enhancement. Just like ultipro, there's gusto which keeps trakc of the same things. But it also keeps track of your medical insurance, which I feel is very convenient. "Helpful Tool with detailed overview"
What do you like best about UKG Pro? I like how seamless the interaction is. The dashboard view is great. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Doesn't seem easy to search for things I can't find. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? UltiPro allows me to see all HR information in one easy to use view.

What do you like best about UKG Pro? The program consolidated all of our information from pay, to employment status, to vacation requests and approvals. Email updates were great. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? There were some weird things when it came to requesting and cancelling vacation that were super annoying. Once a request was submitted, you couldn't cancel, and if a request was changed, it still remained in the history as a cancelled request. Basically was frustrating to make ...
