What do you like best about UKG Pro? Ultipro has a great user interface, making it very user friendly. It has many features and functions to fit the needs of any HR team. I have used 4 different HRIS in my career and UlitPro ranks as one of the best. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? There isn't anything I can think of at this time. "Good for Staff, Not so good for employees. "
What do you like best about UKG Pro? From the HR department side Ultipro is great, but for employees it can be a bit confusing and time consuming. There are alot of steps that employees have to go through to input certain information & do basic tasks. However from the back end/ HR's side Ultipro is great!! What do you dislike about UKG Pro? What do you like best about UKG Pro? It’s user friendly and anyone who’s not used it before can easily self train themselves to use ultipro What do you dislike about UKG Pro? What do you like best about UKG Pro? I like that you can access Ultipro via an app on your phone. The interface on both the desktop and the phone are user friendly. You can access all of your timesheets and old paystubs easily and make changes to your personal information as needed. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? "My ultipro use"
What do you like best about UKG Pro? THis software is not hard to use. You are able to see cut and dry your time card. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Sometimes we can’t see ultipro from our house, which gets annoying What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? Ultipro keeps up with our time great. It can freeze from time to time.

"Easy Applicant Program"
What do you like best about UKG Pro? It is an easy program for both applicants as well as businesses to post job openings as well as track applicants. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? It is such an easy program to use, I cannot think of anything I don't like! What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? I am trying to solve tracking applicants and have realized this is an easy way to do so with UltiPro.
