"Informational and easy to use"
What do you like best about UKG Pro? Ultipro is extremely easy to navigate. You can view everything you need to know about your team, payment statements, as well as easy access W-2s. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? I don't like the fact you can't reuse old passwords. I also wish the app had the same access as the full platform does. "Good but not great for healthcare industry."
What do you like best about UKG Pro? I love that you can do everything in one software. We use Recruiting, Onboarding, HR Core, Payroll and Time Management. The reporting is also very robust. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? The Time Management (UTM) solution is not user friendly and does not work well for the health care industry. "Easy to view benefit information"
What do you like best about UKG Pro? There is everything I need in one place. I only have to remember one login to access all of my benefit information. I also appreciated being able to see a lot of my historical information. I have worked with the company for eight years and it is easy to find my entire payment history. What do you like best about UKG Pro? It’s easy to use and explains everything so well!! What do you dislike about UKG Pro? That when you go so far back you have to print check stubs one by one! "Review of UltiPro for HR NEeds"
What do you like best about UKG Pro? I like that all of the HR functions I need to use the most (time sheets, pay stubs, time off) are all in one place. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? The software is often times a little slow in loading. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? UltiPro allows me to quickly and efficiently access the HR tools I need on a day-to-day basis.

What do you like best about UKG Pro? The most convenient part about UltiPro is that all of our HRIS is done out of one system. It is prettt intuitive and easy to use. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? The ATS is so far behind other alternatives. It is not a good system for high volume recruiters. Reporting is limited. Navigation is a pain. What do you like best about UKG Pro? Ultipro has a great user interface, making it very user friendly. It has many features and functions to fit the needs of any HR team. I have used 4 different HRIS in my career and UlitPro ranks as one of the best. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? There isn't anything I can think of at this time.
