"All You Get System"
What do you like best about UKG Pro? I loved having all the solutions in one place and how easily UP integrated with other programs. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Not having a coding or IT background some of the access is a lots. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? Loved the reporting and how easy it was to customize the system.

What do you like best about UKG Pro? You can track a lot about your compensation and job history, which is helpful. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? I think the top menu is too packed and too crowded. I wave over the menu and try to get to my options and often the screen goes away. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? It helps us keep our pay stubs in order. Employees can always find them.

What do you like best about UKG Pro? The ability to do direct deposit directly on the website. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Changing the passwords frequently and having to keep up which password was last used. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? Easier to keep up with check stubs

What do you like best about UKG Pro? Ultipro let's you see all your paystubs and tax information for the entire duration you've worked at a company What do you dislike about UKG Pro? I dislike the homepage because the tabs don't always pop up. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? I can see all the hours I worked and if I received overtime or a bonus.

"User friendly for all"
What do you like best about UKG Pro? This new software that our HR department implemented for company wide use is very user friendly and fills many needs. We are able to use it for payroll needs, time management (vacation/sick time requests, etc), as well as information about benefits, training and also company announcements. What do you like best about UKG Pro? I love how this keeps track of all of my paystubs, direct deposit info, benefits info, and tax deduction info. Being able to make these changes myself rather than waiting on someone in HR is amazing. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? No complaints at all. This has been awesome software What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? Getting rid of extra paperwork
