"One stop for all employee information"
What do you like best about UKG Pro? The best thing is having all the information about an employee under one roof. Be it PTOs available, adding a WFH, holidays, Pay Stubs, W2s and checking other benefits. UltiPro is great What do you dislike about UKG Pro? "Lots of tools to use, good program we just upgraded from a basic version"
What do you like best about UKG Pro? I like that there’s an app on your phone to do PTO requests, look at past time sheets, find a copy of your W2 for taxes What do you dislike about UKG Pro? I don’t like the reports, we upgraded and they aren’t the same for some reason. The set up might have not been the best. What do you like best about UKG Pro? Time off submittal and other time management is very easy to navigate. Tabs are helpfully laid out in the menu. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? The sorting on time off submittal aren't easy to sort and weekly hours cannot be navigated other than week by week very easily. What do you like best about UKG Pro? I like the fact that all the HR functions are in the same place. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? So far, there’s nothing I dislike. I think is very user friendly and easy to use system. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? Better reports and tracking

What do you like best about UKG Pro? I love the ease of use with ultipro. Everything is easily found with search bar or individual tabs. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? No alerts for overtime or payroll errors Recommendations to others considering UKG Pro: Great software for large agency with more than 50 employees What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about UKG Pro? We use UltiPro recruiting and onboarding so all of our processes are streamlined. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? The cost and that different modules have monthly costs. Also the scheduler doesn’t work for our 24/7 business. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? UltiPro provided a space not only for payroll information to be complete but as well as employee information regarding start dates, benefits, etc. in a paperless format. What do you like best about UKG Pro? I can use UltiPro to sort through specific deductions from an employee’s pay check to verify how long they’ve had a benefit. I can also sort through by year. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? The reporting mechanism can be better and I’m not sure if this is an issue based on the software used to keep track of employee files or not, but it does appear that UltiPro isn’t compatible with our HRIS system.
