"User friendly large platform"

What do you like best about UKG Pro? Can manage many aspects and personalize it to work best for me What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Hard to find some things easily - company recently added the learning center and we needed directions to add it to our home screen - it was then easy to use! What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? Recently added the Learning Center which is nice to have it all housed in one location

"Capable but hard to use."

What do you like best about UKG Pro? It has tons of options available to it.Very easy to navigate. Loading and printing forms are very easy. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Sometimes it gets complicated when using multiple features. Moreover, it often has problems with the pop blockers as well. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? Providing all of the necessary human capital management in one place.

"Worst Customer Service"

What do you like best about UKG Pro? There are really no upsides. It is decent at time management, but there are faults with that. If the system was implemented properly, maybe it would be better. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? I dislike not being able to get ahold of our account manager for months at a time and the rest of our dedicated support team. UltiPro is highly customizable, allowing us to add fields and configure pages to best suit our business needs instead of having to mold our business to suit the system. The reporting tool - Cognos - is also incredibly powerful, allowing us to supplement the customization of the system with reporting to close any possible remaining gaps. It's so much more capable and robust than other options out there. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Open enrollment looks very basic.
