What do you like best about UKG Pro? I like everything. Core is great for recordkeeping. UTM is easy to use. Payroll steps are easy to follow. Recruiting is effective. Onboarding has made our orientations much more efficient. What I've been able to do in BI is great, I just need to learn more. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? What do you like best about UKG Pro? I just started using UltiPro and its self service features are easy and intuitive to use. I’m able to approve PTO, submit pay increases, and makes job changes in minutes. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Sometimes the time off section can be a little tricky to get to when approving pto. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? Self service pto requests and approvals, pay stub access, w2, access, pay rate and job changes.
