What do you like best about UKG Pro? Ultipro is really helpful, it sends you messages to alert you or pop ups to capture your attention. it is very simple program to use. The messages could be anything from your time off being approved to documents needing to be signed, Documents are when you transfer from one department to another and need to read the policy for that department, There is a pop up to remind you every time until you review and sign, What do you dislike about UKG ...

"Robust portal, but not user friendly"

What do you like best about UKG Pro? Ultipro is great for ensuring all necessary employee information is included (SSN, salary, bonus, employee ID, manager, department, etc). That way the employee has all this information at the click of a button. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? For hourly employees, inputting their time sheets is extremely labor intensive and tedious. It'd be helpful to have a "duplicate" option so the user doesn't have to put in the same time every day they punch in. ...

"Easy to navigate HR software"

What do you like best about UKG Pro? Ultipro allows me to easily see my paystubs, salary information and time off requests. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? I get locked out often and it asks me to change my password to often. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? Saving the trees!! Instead of having to mail out paystubs they are just right there for me on the computer.

What do you like best about UKG Pro? Almost everything I like about it. Really the team worked very well What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Actually there are some bugs but damn they are bugs not glitches What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? Managing payroll have been a big problem for our firm. What do you like best about UKG Pro? The app on your phone makes it easy to click in while you’re walking into the office at your convenience. No need of logging into a desktop version. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? It won’t show you weekly hours, only your total biweekly hours, or however long your pay period is. What do you like best about UKG Pro? UltiPro allows me to view all my pay stubs. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Nothing, UltiPro is great. I’ve had no issues. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? I am Able to access all my focuments easily online.

"Has all the basics, no more no less"

What do you like best about UKG Pro? The breakdown of pay stubs is very thorough, so I appreciate the detailed line by line items. The expense reimbursement line item however can be very confusing the way it is listed as “no” under Pre-Tax. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Inputting hours for hourly employees takes forever, extremely tedious. Inputting PTO is also not user friendly when you need to break out each request by week.
