"Great internal portal"
What do you like best about UKG Pro? I like that Ultipro is an all in one portal that a company can use for anything from Payroll, record-keeping, recruiting, employee management and more! This internal portal allows employees to see their elected benefits, tax deductions, and vacation and sick accruals. "Still in the beginning process. "
What do you like best about UKG Pro? The way the paychecks are shown graphically to delineate benefits, witholdings, etc. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? It seems to have a lot of hiccups and doesn’t always/reliably transfer data immediately. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? I appreciate the graphics that go along with my paycheck to show the benefits, deductions, etc.

"No hassle way to view employee info "
What do you like best about UKG Pro? Makes it possible to view current pay stubs and pay amounts. Plus previous pay. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? A lot of information in one area have to search through. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? It allows us to find information about our records and employees.

What do you like best about UKG Pro? It is very precise and convenient tool for time tracking What do you dislike about UKG Pro? I like this tool mostly, the only thing can be problem if you forget to punch your time. Recommendations to others considering UKG Pro: This is a great time tracking tool! What do you like best about UKG Pro? Onboarding is used by our recruitment team to help facilitate and streamline the document completion of our new hires. UltiPro Core is used as our main point of reference for employee data. UltiPro is always improving their product. They want to ensure the users have the tools to be successful within their system. What do you like best about UKG Pro? UltiPro has proven to be a great system for my company. As a recruiter I think their ATS has great functionality when used as it is intended. They strive to make it user friendly and I think they have done well. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? With the new changes being enforced in 2020 and the upgrade from Recruitment to Recruiting will only save 3 years of the candidate history. "convenient to use "
What do you like best about UKG Pro? I can clock in and clock off on the app instead of having to go onto a computer and look at my paycheck What do you dislike about UKG Pro? The time it takes to log in is over a certain time.. it can take longer then a minute to sign in. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? I can log in with my phone to look at my paycheck and as well as clock in.
