"Great for HR and Onboarding"
What do you like best about UKG Pro? I love that everything you need to know about an employee is right there in Ultipro What do you dislike about UKG Pro? I love Ultipro it's a wonderful onboarding and tracking system What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? There are so many reports that can be run that benefit the company altogether

"ULTIPro for payroll and benefits management"
What do you like best about UKG Pro? All information is in one place. I like the mobile app and being able to access my information anytime and anywhere. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Sometimes difficult to find what I’m looking for. Better indexing would be helpful. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? N/A

What do you like best about UKG Pro? Ulti pro is easy to use and super easy to access. It is not complicated at all, I was able to find things easily with no assistance. Ulti pro is extremely user friendly and Our Entire Company Loves Ulti Pro. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? I have never had any issues with Ulti Pro. It has always worked wonderful and has never given me any issues. I do sometimes get my cache blocked up and in order to access the website correctly I do need to clear my ...

"Love it"
What do you like best about UKG Pro? What I love most about Ultipro is that it is very user friendly. Moreover, there are so many modules to this system that help organizations organize their needs. One of best parts to Ultipro is the BI reporting. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? The only thing I disliked is that the accruals from utm to core didn't sync up real time. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? Efficient process flow. Less time to do the same work.

What do you like best about UKG Pro? Ultimate Software's UltiPro product is phenomenal. It is so easy to use and navigate as a admin user and an employee. The ease of use also enables us to be able to train new employees on how to access and use the self-service portal quite easily. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? "UltiPro is great!"
What do you like best about UKG Pro? I love the time management feature of UlitPro. This feature allows me to view my time sheet at any time. Also it allows me to see if there is any missing time, very important to make sure time is accounted for accurately. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Time has to be imported manually, not in real time. However if there is someone manually importing time (HR reps) the time is still accurate. What do you like best about UKG Pro? It’s easy to input your hours into a timesheet and also look at past paychecks. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? It requires you to change your password quite often so it can be hard to keep up. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? It’s an easy input of hours worked, I appreciate the user friendly interface.

What do you like best about UKG Pro? The way the paychecks are shown graphically to delineate benefits, witholdings, etc. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? It seems to have a lot of hiccups and doesn’t always/reliably transfer data immediately. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? I appreciate the graphics that go along with my paycheck to show the benefits, deductions, etc.
