"Ultipro"
What do you like best about UKG Pro? Ultipro is easy too use, every thing is Accessible such as w-2, timesheets, pay...etc What do you dislike about UKG Pro? I dislike the ultipro app it could be better What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? Allow for easy communication among supervisors and employees, comes in handy when filing taxes.

"Makes payroll easy to manage."
What do you like best about UKG Pro? I can stay up to date with my payroll and find my checks quickly if I need them. If I need to make a change, I can do that easily through the application as well. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? I cannot view my bonuses on the app for some reason. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? I can see my paychecks before payday so I can plan out my budget more efficiently.

"Ultipro user as a recruiter"
What do you like best about UKG Pro? By far the simplest to use. It is incredibly responsive to our requests and the functions in UltiPro have improved the quality of our internal processes. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? There are no cons with this application. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? Solving the problem of using multipule time systems also keeping all of the information in one place.

What do you like best about UKG Pro? You are able to make so many different customizations as well as having a great support team that is readily available to assist you any time you need. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? A little difficult to create custom reports until you learn how to use the business intelligence system. It does come with time. "Awesome HR Tools App"
What do you like best about UKG Pro? Easy straightforward software, but it can also do the complicated transactions. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Nothing. In the rare event we don't know how to do something, there 800 number connects quickly with a customer service rep. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? HR Solutions are organized and reporting is easy.

What do you like best about UKG Pro? I appreciate the amount of data that it provides for the individual employee. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Nothing really. It has worked rather seamlessly for the purposes of time tracking and payroll and generally does not malfunction. What do you like best about UKG Pro? I like UltiPro because it is very user friendly for Background and front end users. You can access the program by website or by app. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? The reporting is a bit antiquated. It could use some updating to match other Human resources system. "Ease for user"
What do you like best about UKG Pro? Ultipro makes keeping track of my hours, vacation pay and any other employee benefits. Its easy to access, easy to access anything I may need and easy to update my information What do you dislike about UKG Pro? due to the latest update, there isn't an easy way to download a hard copy of pay stubs What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? "lets me update my time sheets, tax withholding, and hr info from one place. "
What do you like best about UKG Pro? that I don't have to submit paperwork to a department and can access my HR info directly. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? how it isn't clear what the codes for different types of hours entered in are exactly. Recommendations to others considering UKG Pro: Make sure the time codes are clear so employees don't have to get direction on how to enter hours. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? none
