"One stop shop! Everything you need in 1 place"
What do you like best about UKG Pro? That i can see everything HR Related at one location-my sick time, vacation time, paystubs, withholding amounts, contacts. I love having access to this information and not having to call into a call center or leave a message for HR to return when they are available. It allows me to edit and adjust anything whenever i want to. Direct deposit feature is amazing too-I can change this anytime, and the process is immediate! What do you dislike about UKG ...

"All In One Powerful System"
What do you like best about UKG Pro? All of the modules and everything we need is in one system. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Because so many modules and options - it is sometimes difficult to keep up with all that is available. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? We solved so many challenges by partnering with Ulti - mostly the all in one aspect.

What do you like best about UKG Pro? The ease of using the tabs to access your own information. Also, easy to switch in HR view so I can review all of an associate's information . What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Not everything is supported and we still have to use UltiPro back office to make updates. What do you like best about UKG Pro? The modules are customizable. It is a great system that is both administrator and employee friendly. Running reports takes half the time it used to. In addition, it has mobile friendly applications! What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Some pages are not fully customizable. What do you like best about UKG Pro? When we made the transition to UltiPro the number one item I was looking for was all around better customer service and experience. We were with a previous provider that we could not trust on multiple levels. The second we met our sales rep and then into starting activation with UltiPro I could tell the difference, everyone was SO knowledgeable. We already felt valued as a customer. What do you like best about UKG Pro? That it's so easy and self explanatory, i love how you can go from screen to screen or from tab to tab and if you are not sure you can take the tutorial. What do you like best about UKG Pro? UltiPro has really helped my team solve a multitude of issues. Being able to complete our Open Enrollments, onboarding, performance reviews, and PTO requests virtually has saved us so much time and paper. We no longer have to manually track who has the paperwork. We no longer misplace paperwork. Everything is in the system, ready to audit when needed. What do you like best about UKG Pro? I love the customer service and quick responses. Everyone has been extremely friendly and helpful through our entire implementation process!
