What do you like best about UKG Pro? I like that it is SQL based, and that I have direct access to our tables. We pay extra to have this ability. The Web interface is also clean and easy to use. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? The Back Office. It looks like something from 1990 and is not user friendly at all. Everything should be in the Web. "Streamline, easy processes to keep payroll information compliant and up to date."

What do you like best about UKG Pro? We use several different pieces of UltiPro and it is great how they all integrate and work together. Makes record keeping and compliance much easier. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Sometimes the response time with customer support is long if you do not call directly to rapid response. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? We recently worked through some issues with a new PTO code and the switch over of old codes.

Backoffice is still the best way to process most of the imports and configurations, I wish that there's a separate training to guide us step by step moving away from backoffice What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? We have automated reporting, added custom fields and imputed processes into the system versus keeping them in a manual state

What do you like best about UKG Pro? Ultipro has always been my staple as an employee. Everything you need is right at your fingertips. For example, I can easily print out my W2 or change my address, even set up direct deposit. I personally love it. As an employee, it saves so much time for me. What do you dislike about UKG Pro?
