What do you like best about UKG Pro? Some great aspects of Ultipro is, it helps streamline the processes from Hiring > Onboarding > Payroll. What do you like best about UKG Pro? I like that the reporting functionality is so advanced and I think the platform is easy to use for employees. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Customer service is a nightmare and having to put a case in every time i have a question or issue is time consuming. also when i finally get in touch with someone about my case they often do not know how to help me or have to refer me to someone else. What do you like best about UKG Pro? I like that it is user friendly. Easy to navigate. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Limited on creating certain things...recruiting and onboarding dont communicate well. No way to download files from onboarding. Recommendations to others considering UKG Pro: Need to be able to create more usable dashboards and the ability for recruiting to feed into onboarding. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? HR, Payroll etc.

What do you like best about UKG Pro? Integrated platform for the hire to retire cycle. Everything is under one roof. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? BI Reporting is very robust, so much so that in fact, if you do not have a dedicated HRIS team, you will likely be lost most times because you are not using it daily. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? Time efficiencies, compliance, transparency to employees

What do you like best about UKG Pro? We just recently moved from Workday to UltiPro and both the HR and end user experience could not be more different. I find the the look/feel of UltiPro is far more user friendly and intuitive than Workday. The feedback from our managers and employees has been outstanding. "Review of ULTI ATS and HRIS system and we launched the system in 2017."

What do you like best about UKG Pro? The new offer letter process is a big help in the ATS. Ability to quickly scroll candidates has been a welcome upgrade. Also, we are able to now get offer approvals managed through the system. Uti has an ease of use. Outages have been minimal. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? ATS has weak spots.
