What do you like best about UKG Pro? The BI tool is very helpful when it comes to running specific reports What do you dislike about UKG Pro? I wish we could test employee roles with a test employee so we are able to see what the employee sees What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? Streamlining the onboarding experience for all new hires.

What do you like best about UKG Pro? How user friendly Ultimate is and how efficient they are, Ultipro has helped us with getting our payroll done timely and with little to no errors. I have worked for several different industries and organizations. In all my year of experience with payroll and benefits, and I have never used Ultipro. "Payroll UP experience"
What do you like best about UKG Pro? I like Ultipro because its User friendly. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? I dont like the deduction part of it. How it doesnt have at a glance on the amt or percentage. You have to go thru the whole process to see what the employee has currently have. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? I have not started solving any issue with UP.
