I want a system that I can rely on to give me data, reporting, easy accessibility for employees, and customer service that is knowledgeable, easy to communicate to and understanding to my situation. What do you like best about UKG Pro? User friendly for other everyday user and employees. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Sometimes the navigation could be better from screen to screen. More connections between screens. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? Everything from Recruiting, Onboarding, Life Events, Open Enrollment. "Quality HRIS for Self- Sufficient Admins"
What do you like best about UKG Pro? I like that own the product. I can make most changes myself at any hour of the day without having to consult with a team member from UltiPro. It gives you the ability to create and move fields as desired, making it a truly customized experience. The reporting tool is extremely powerful. The interface is clean and easy to navigate. What do you like best about UKG Pro? UltiPro has brought us up to the 21st century in terms of technology, ability, and not having to use workarounds like we had to do in the past. Love having our employee records, the time clock as well as payroll all in one system. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? "Using Ultimate for 1 year."
What do you like best about UKG Pro? Visual aspect of Core and the fact that taxes are in house. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Support levels. Have had things configured in our system that were not requested while updating other information. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? PTO calculations happening in UTA vs. Core. Benefit - PTO imports or adj appear immediately for use in timesheets.

"Some things about Ultipro are Great!"
What do you like best about UKG Pro? I like how easy to use some aspects of the system are. Its easy to search employees, filter out specific employees based on qualifiers, and modify only certain parts of an employee record (job vs job and salary). I launched and used ultipro recruiting and onboarding at my last organization and really loved the robustness of those functions. What do you like best about UKG Pro? How user friendly Ultimate is and how efficient they are, Ultipro has helped us with getting our payroll done timely and with little to no errors. What do you like best about UKG Pro? They are continually adding improvements and have support available for assistance. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Work arounds, and support doesn't provide extensive assistance, only basic for reporting assistance. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?
