What do you like best about UKG Pro? How streamline it is, it is so user friendly What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Some of the things that get pulled in the job posting section needs some work. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? Save so much paper which was a huge issue, and we have benefited from more client interaction

What do you like best about UKG Pro? The overall layout and easy access to anything on Ultipro. Most recently the text message feature that is available to reach employees fast and easy. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? The constant verification codes to certain pages What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? keeping our employees in compliance with proper documents and credentials. Easy reporting on just about anything and everything Ultipro has.

What do you like best about UKG Pro? The customer service that make you feel important and smart even if you are none of these. "Love it so much that I want to work for them!"
What do you like best about UKG Pro? I love the reporting tool, IBM Cognos Analytics! Since it was created by a third party, there is a ton of learning resources available on the web. I also enjoy the Platform Configuration tool - it allows you to customize the site to your liking. I added several new fields to employee pages, and they were easy to report on as well. What do you like best about UKG Pro? Ultipro has been an improvement to our HR department. The capability of tracking all of the information from hire to terminations is great.
