What do you like best about UKG Pro? Rapid Response has been the best tool in my toolbox! I always have a good experience whenever I call. They're empathetic, patient and very knowledgeable which I appreciate when I call since most of the time, it's an emergency. "Continuously Learning, Improving, and being Impressed"

What do you like best about UKG Pro? One of my favorite aspects of UltiPro is that I am continuously learning new features that the software has to offer. Often times I find myself brainstorming capabilities or features that would be nice to have and I come to find that Ultimate does in fact have that feature. What do you like best about UKG Pro? Ease of finding employee information. I often need to look up specific information about various employees, past and current, and it is usually very straight forward and simple to locate within Ultipro. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? What do you like best about UKG Pro? The systems is very user friendly both on the HR admin plus the end-user population is able to adopt incredibly quick. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Albeit self inflicted, moving a company with poor data records is a painful organizing path during implementation. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? Timekeeping. Beyond the obvious benefit of legal compliance, the tool is simple to adopt and use.

"Ultimate Is by far the best payroll software I have ever used."

What do you like best about UKG Pro? The software is great and almost never has an issue, but the customer service is superior to any on the market. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Not being able to get a job at Ultimate. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? We just started using the Arrears in UltiPro this year and it has been a time saver and greatly helped in reducing human error in our employees past due benefit payments.
