What do you like best about UKG Pro? Customer support ! UltiPro has some wonderful customer support. The reps are great! The response time is generally pretty great too. I generally will get a response within 24 hours which is awesome. I love the rapid response team as well. Easy way to get questions answered in a timely manner. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Although training is accessible, I wish I had more on-site trainings available. I prefer face-to-face and this is what's missing. ...

Sometimes things don't post or employees become uncalced in payroll. What do you like best about UKG Pro? All in one system with ability for Can and US payroll. I like the ability to have workforce management, performance amangement, payroll recruiting all in one. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? The current user interface is quite old looking and needs an update. "My Review of UltiPro"

What do you like best about UKG Pro? They are always up to date on compliance for all states. The system is easy to use and navigate and also has a nice look to it. Updates are done quarterly allowing the system to keep up with demands. Our new executive service rep has been a breath of fresh air compared to our past one. What do you like best about UKG Pro? The brightness of Ultimate and it's intuitiveness makes Ultimate user friendly. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? The Recruiting Gateway is not as functional as I would like; there's no interface with Indeed which makes recruitment difficult on this platform.
