What do you like best about UKG Pro? UltiPro is fairly user friendly. It is easy to learn and to navigate in CORE. Processing Payroll is extremely easy and editing paychecks is not complicated at all. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Their case management. What do you like best about UKG Pro? I love the robust website that allows for many different functionalities.The ability to customize different areas is really nice feature. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? The after effects from making system changes. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? We are moving away from 4 points of entry for a new hire into 2 points of entry. This will allow us to spend less time on-boarding and more time focusing on what counts.

What do you like best about UKG Pro? The customer service is phenomenal when we have a problem. They work with a ticketing system and most of the time, responses are very quick. I also like the Community. All Ultimate users are welcome to join the communities, which are open forum discussions. Valuable tips and answers can be received from other Ultimate users.
