What do you like best about UKG Pro? The ability for employees to quickly upload their documents. Also, templates have been great at speeding up the document creating process. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? The program itself is great, but the support offered by UKG has been hit-and miss. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? The creation of formal HR documentation has been significantly improved with the template implementation.

What do you like best about UKG Pro? It's very easy to use, it's intuitive and user friendly. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Some of the capabilities are not as robust as some systems I have used in the past. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? I really like the payroll module. The performance management system is good, not great, but I have been able to make it meet my needs.

The auto-generated email sent back to you would be nice if it included your subject in the case along with the case number and not just the case number. What do you like best about UKG Pro? What I like the best about UKG Pro is that I have 24/7 access to the community which has tons of resourceful items. The community even includes step by step on how to create a process. What do you like best about UKG Pro? UKG products are good but the customer service is bad. The products do so much but the training on expressions and custom configuration is non existent.
