"Ultipro is worth the cost"
What do you like best about UKG Pro? Ultipro is very easy to use. The system has amazing capabilities. I love that the system is a unified solution. The systems all speak to each other so that efficiencies can be created and redundancies are eliminated. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? "HR plus Payroll .. all in one"
What do you like best about UKG Pro? I like having one solution for HR functionality plus payroll in one system. We've also added modules for time and attendance and file management! What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Not truly global .. really want date formatting to be BY ROLE. We'd use it globally if it were. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about UKG Pro? Customer services is the number one upside to UltiPro. Response times are great to cases submitted and they are really making sure you're getting everything that you need related to that issue/question. There are so many add on's within the system that makes it more comprehensive. What do you like best about UKG Pro? We are only using the basics, but for those basics, it's easy to use and the support team is responsive. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Access for different levels is complicated. Would like more a simple way to give high level user access with zero visibility into personal information, with ease. "UltiPro has been a great solution for our Payroll needs."
What do you like best about UKG Pro? UltiPro has been quick to resolve issues What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Payment Services is a mess, but we have seen changes. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? UltiPro has really improved process built around the Human Resources department. We have been able to reduce the time it took run payroll with our old HRIS company.
