What do you like best about UKG Pro? UltiPro support is one of the best things about UltiPro. Everyone I've had to contact was very knowledgeable and accommodating. UltiPro's user interface is designed well. It is very easy to navigate through the different pages, and I feel like you're never more than a few clicks away from getting things done. What do you like best about UKG Pro? I like the configuration of different Business Processes. I like the training materials offered and the BI reporting. I also enjoy the hands on training in the learning center knowledge hour. I like that all configurations in UltiPro follow some sort of wizard step to step application. The web version looks modern and I like that it can be configurable to include the classic view as well. Alerts and burst save the company time, automating monthly reports ...

What do you like best about UKG Pro? I like that there is always some that can assist me with questions. I use the People at Ultimate to sanity check me quite a lot. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? I find that Ultimate Time Management is challenging. I'm looking forward to exploring Kronos advantages. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? The Multi-state taxes are manageable with Payment Services
