"Easy to Use"

What do you like best about UKG Pro? Easy to access, easy to review, all in one program! What do you dislike about UKG Pro? The timing of time off request is a bit wonky and doesn't reflect accurately until the time off request has actually happened. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about UKG Pro? The best part about processing payroll on Ultipro is no mainframe! You see your calculations in real time and if you have to make a change, you can change one employee as opposed to rejecting the whole payroll and reprocessing. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? What do you like best about UKG Pro? I like the integration and how there is the possibility of one stop shopping. The software is excellent overall but has some issues periodically.
