It is helpful because there are several items that will help the employee experience such as ESS to allow employee to make changes to their personal profile, taxes, direct deposit and benefit elections. What do you like best about UKG Pro? I like the fact that it is one integrated system for HRIS Core, Payroll, Recruiting and Onboarding. "Economical choice for an HRIS system - still building out features but off to a good start."

What do you like best about UKG Pro? It does have a clean homepage, which has the ability to be customized. Additionally, the search feature is straightforward. It seems intuitive - and their team members were well experienced on the project planning side for initial set up. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? "Great customer service, not user friendly"

What do you like best about UKG Pro? Customer service is bar-none to any other HRIS system I've used. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? The platform and reporting feature is not user friendly at all What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? Ultipro slows down the process for recruiting its a resume collector and the reporting is from Kronos you have to be a wiz to use it.
